Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, Basingstoke

Studio 41 is the home of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi in Basingstoke.  Your coach is Marie Behenna, who teaches with a western approach to help you ease your way into the practice with calm confidence.  You don’t need to understand how to meditate before you join, the more you practice the 18 exercises and allow the muscle memory to build, the closer you get to mastering moving meditation through breath.  All abilities and ages welcome.
