I got a repair done during lockdown, everything seemed okay and appreciated that they were able to fix it while apple was closed so I could finish my assignments for my masters. However by September it become too slow to use and the fan was constantly on. Having dealt with IT/tech support companies in the past with generally bad experiences I was nervous when I came to GBM. As a business owner I needed a new laptop with very little downtime involved. When I went here the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the problem I had with my Macbook in under two weeks. Not sure what problem was had by the person who said: "please don't go to GBM for fixing your Mac". What I experienced at GBM was a sympathetic, quick and efficient service.

The worst experience in the authorized apple store. It took about "one mouth" to fix my MacBook pro (It mentioned that the working days is around 5-7 days in the first time and claim that the replaced part isn't delivered for several time). Having searched for months for a company I trusted to repair my MacBook Pro, Apple recommended GBM Technologies to me. I was not disappointed.
