South West Scotland DSWA

We are one of the many branches of the Dry Stone Walling Association of Great Britain (DSWA) and was founded in 1968 by the Stewartry Drystane Dyking Committee. The Committee was originally set up by Rainsford Hannay in 1938 to promote the craft of Dry Stone Walling. 

The SW Scotland Branch area includes Dumfries & Galloway and Ayrshire although we have members from further afield.
