Whether you have a fear of the water, unable to swim (beginner), need to improve swimming technique or would like to learn to swim for the health benefits, we can help!

We have single lesson and lesson packages for you to choose from.

Our single lesson lengths can be 30min, 45min, 60min or 120min and our packages contain 3, 5, or 10 lessons.

Swimming Lessons London - Improve Swimming Stroke Technique

The swim technique improvement lesson package is a 3 x 1 hour session technical touch-up and training program. This is aimed at swimmers whose technique needs refinement.

Session 1- Assessment, Body position correction, Breathing corrections.

Session 2- Increased pace session, working on training principles/ workout plan development.

Session 3- Arm improvement's, entry/catch/pull/exit/recovery improvements, leg kick improvement.

With every session we give instant corrective feedback to maximise learning.

Swimming Lessons London - Triathlon / Distance Swimming Training

Triathlon and swim distance training sessions main purpose is to refine swim technique to maximize efficiency, improve aerobic and muscular fitness/endurance.

To prepare and learn pacing for distance swims.

Suitable for -swimmers able to swim at least 200m - advanced, triathletes, fitness swimmers.

Swimming Lessons London - Emergency Learn To Swim

Emergency learn to swim, private 1-1 lessons are for those who need to learn to swim quickly. These are offered as single 2 hour sessions, ideal for swimmers or 5 x 2hr packages, ideal for non-swimmers.

A swimming crash course can help you learn the skills and build the confidence in water in a very short period of time.
