Hi, I'm Helen, an Ayurveda Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist & Mindfulness Instructor with a scientific background in Biomedical Science and Biotechnology.

I run classes, workshops, retreats and holistic well-being consultations in person and online, as well as, special events based in and around Darlington.

My aim is to help people find balance & feel great, both in body and mind.

Private sessions are also available in person or online and I also deliver sessions for organisations and other groups so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are looking to host an event or series of classes for your specific group or business.
