Kiri is an amazing instructor and makes you feel so welcomed, no matter your ability or previous experience. Each class starts with warm up stretches and ends with cool down stretches. The classes always include various levels, so you can increase and do as much or as little as you want. Overall the classes are a no pressure and welcoming environment, and I have noticed massive improvement in my core strengh and general mobility! Definitely recommend! Kiri puts together well thought out routines which are varied and she gives alternatives if anyone has any issues with injury or mobility. Great classes (and great soundtrack!)

Stretch & Flex Pilates classes are excellent. They cater to a range of abilities and levels. Have also used 1:2:1 service for help with tightness and lack of range of movement in my shoulder and the work they did and stretches they showed me really made a difference. Thoroughly recommend.

I was really nervous about going to a Pilates class without knowing anyone prior, but Kiri made me feel so welcome. There was always an option with most moves if you didn't want to push too much (e.g. more for beginners) and also if you wanted to take it a step forward too, so the class was great for people from all different levels! Highly recommend going to a class by Stretch & Flex. Already started bringing my friends along too!
