  • I asked Simon for his advice to get ready for a cycle over Cambodia and Vietnam - I'm so glad I did. Over 5 weeks, Simon turned my views of strength training completely.   • Couldn't be happier with progress so far working with Simon, now just starting my second 12 week training block. After 12 weeks I can see and feel the difference. He manages to set realistic goals with clear progression each week while keeping the exercises varied too.   • I have been attending Simon’s classes for nearly a year now and love the variety and challenge guaranteed at each one.
