SHIKHA SHARMA

Shikha Sharma is an educator and administrator playing a key role in Cambridge Education's innovative NTT Course in Delhi  (New Thinking and Techniques) online learning program.

As an administrator, Shikha oversees the day-to-day operations of the NTT platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for students. She coordinates enrolment, verification, technology support, and the interface between students and instructors.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Shikha is also a faculty member teaching NTT course Online in the Humanities and Social Sciences division of NTT. She draws on her deep expertise in literature, psychology, and interdisciplinary studies to design engaging curriculums.

Shikha holds a PhD in Psychology from Starex University, where she graduated top of her cohort. She has over 5 years of experience in education administration and instructional design for online platforms. Before joining Cambridge Education, Shikha worked with EdTech start-ups and universities to help scale their digital learning capabilities.

As an educator, Shikha is passionate about making interdisciplinary humanities education accessible to all through thoughtful pedagogy. As an administrator, she strives to provide excellent learner support and smooth platform operations.
