Our eight month Clinical Hypnotherapy Training course is designed for those who wish to train as professional Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapists. The course places strong emphasis on the practical application of hypnosis, ensuring students develop real clinical confidence alongside solid theoretical understanding.

The training consists of nine comprehensive modules, with over 120 hours of classroom learning and structured home study. Most modules are delivered at weekends, with some weekday options available. Two essential modules are delivered live online via Zoom and focus on developing competence in online therapy delivery.

Course content

The in person syllabus is exclusive to Solution Focused Therapy Academy and integrates modern neuroscience with evidence informed therapeutic approaches, including:

Fees, discounts and payment options

The course fee is £3,480, with flexible payment plans available over 6 or 10 months. Individual payment arrangements can also be discussed.

Early enrolment discount A 15% discount is available for students who sign up at least three months before the course start date.

From Module 6, students may begin working with clients at a reduced student rate of £30–£40 per session, supporting confidence and practical experience building before qualification.

Qualification and accreditation

On successful completion of the course and home study requirements, you will be awarded:

Solution Focused Academy Hypnotherapy Diploma (SFHD)

Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD)

Both diplomas are accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy and NCFE.

Graduates are also eligible to apply for practitioner membership with leading professional bodies, including the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP Ltd, and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
