Sert - Training Centre

I recently updated my unvented course at Sert in Southampton and as always was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. BIASED review, so chuffed seeing the efforts that has gone from all my guys to achieve their authorisations for a full ACS training centre. I needed to retake my unvented hot water reassessment phoned on Tuesday and sert managed to get me reassessed on Wednesday. Callum was brilliant and was very patient and explained things clearly. I will highly recommend Sert to anyone. Staff members are there to help guide you towards passing. By spending time with you to make sure you leave the Centre with as much knowledge and understanding as possible when it comes to Gas and Electric. I was amazed, SERT managed to change the course to exactly what I needed for my future career without it being pushed back due to COVID-19 since their safety precautions were taken seriously and professionally. Oh I nearly forgot to mention they give you free parking and tea or coffee, what more could you want!
