  • I had previously done a first aid course a number of years ago which was quite long and drawn out.I attended SEF First Aid Course thorough my current employer as a refresher course along side a number of my colleagues. On arrival Simon made us feel welcome and at ease. He kept the course fun and engaging by using humour when needed, but also kept it informative as well, explaining each topic in a way which was easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services.

  • Thank you so much to Simon Ferris for running a truly fantastic adults first aid course. Our group all agreed that it was the most informative 2 hours that we’ve had in a long time. The session had practical elements along with the theory. Simon injected fun into the session where possible yet kept it sensitive when it needed to be. Simon was an excellent host and I would highly recommend his services to everyone and anyone. Thank you Simon!

  • The course was fun, interesting and engaging. It gave me the skills and the confidence to perform first aid if the need should arise. The trainer, Simon, explained each topic in a way which was easy to understand and used humour when appropriate.

  • We attended a Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course with Simon, after two staff completing the course three years before we renewed our training and invested in training for more members of our workforce. The course was very well run, informative and valuable. Simon was a great trainer and we would definitely recommend SEF First Aid Assistance.

  • A Great concise and educational course with Simon. He was engaging and humorous at the correct time. His guidance and presentation of important features was fantastic. Would sincerely refer anybody to be part of one of the courses. It gives you the confidence and understanding to be in a position to save a life. Well done.
