In our experience we know that its difficult comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 (HSAWA74) as a small business, this maybe partly due to financial constraints or lack of knowledge, albeit with good intentions. Let us be your safety representative and take the burden away from you so you can get on with your day to day business.

We wont sell fear by claiming you can go to jail or pay massive fines etc. We will ensure you comply and gain the necessary experience to help yourself in the future.

We make a point of representing the owner or director who employs us. We are employed to argue for you against the HSE, the environmental health officer, your staff, your insurer, etc.
