I'm Vic, certified Pilates instructor, movement specialist and marathon runner! I started running in my mid thirties after practicing Pilates for 10 years, and couldn't believe the difference it made to my injury resilience and recovery. It's now the only strength and conditioning and mobility training that I do - and I've discovered it's the perfect partner for hours spent running on the trails or road. ā Runlates is all about working together to keep moving for longer, feeling stronger and happier as we do.
