I cannot recommend Run Fit Fordingbridge enough if you need motivation and enjoy companionship whilst running. I first joined in with a group 5k run after completing the couch to 5k course on my own. At this time I was quite slow and could not run 5k without stopping but this is fine on these runs and I found the groups to be really supportive. I loved getting fitter with Sue and Run Fit Fordingbridge. I met loads of lovely people and made new friends :-) Also, the sports massage really ironed out some tangled and tense muscles. I’m super grateful to Sue for her gentle persuasion and kind approach- she does coax the best out of people

Sue (our whistleblower) 😀 is such a lovely lady always there for everyone and so encouraging, all the other ladies in the groups too are wonderful to run/walk and chat with. If you are thinking of doing it but feel you wouldn’t fit in or hold others up, please just contact Sue and you will wished you’d done it earlier. 🏃♀️

Absolutely brilliant! I could not recommend Run Fit Fordingbridge enough, Sue has been so supportive and motivating in helping me reach my goals of 10k and half marathon. Sue goes above and beyond with her support and planning, and is also very flexible which is great when injuries come into play. If you do get injured, her sports massages are also great and really did the trick when I injured my leg.
