Brilliant gym, I haven't boxed for years and looking at getting back into it seriously. Ben and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the off! Great to learn from someone who clearly knows his stuff - whether you're a beginner, revisiting your favourite sport or just looking to stay fit, you've found the right place!

Love this gym! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable (Especially the owner Ben Day), highly motivated and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. I have tried both the mixed classes and 1 on 1 sessions, and am now hooked.
