1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of training courses, materials, and services provided by RF Healthcare Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) via Cademy or any associated platforms.

By accessing or purchasing our courses, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old (or have employer consent if under 18)
Provide accurate and complete registration details
Ensure any bookings made are authorised by your organisation where applicable

3. Course Bookings and Payments

All course bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing
Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT where applicable
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation issued

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By You:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course date: full refund or transfer
Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund or transfer
Cancellations made less than 7 days before: no refund

Substitutions (sending another delegate) may be allowed with prior notice.

By Us:

We may cancel or reschedule a course due to:

Insufficient bookings
Instructor unavailability
Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
Transfer to an alternative date

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

You agree to:

Attend sessions punctually and participate appropriately
Follow all safety instructions and trainer guidance
Treat staff and other participants with respect

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Certification

Certificates will only be issued where:

Full attendance requirements are met
Assessment criteria are successfully completed

We do not guarantee that completion of a course will meet specific employer or regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated.

7. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the property of RF Healthcare Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share login details or course access
Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

8. Online Learning (Cademy Platform)

When accessing courses via Cademy:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Access to courses is for your personal use only
We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control (e.g. internet connectivity)

We may suspend or revoke access if misuse is identified.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RF Healthcare Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course

Nothing in these terms limits liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR).

Your data may be used for:

Course administration
Certification records
Communication regarding your booking

We reserve the right to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
