    I have issue with one question: what to consider before challenging someone. I identified the three correct choices but was informed all of them were wrong because the fourth I selected was incorrect. Also, the fourth choice: consider which colleagues to name/refer to. Surely we should consider this? The answer on reflection might be no one. But what if the challenge was about someone targeting a specific individual? I would identify them! But, a useful training and valuable info. Thanks!

    The Dignity at Work e-learning modules are a great follow up to the in-person workshops we attended back in 2023. These online modules help remind us of our individual responsibility to treat people at work with dignity and respect. The e-learning also helps us understand how microaggressions we may think are insignificant to us can actually have a negative impact on any of our colleagues. The modules remind us to remain mindful and socially aware at work!
