These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale and delivery of coaching services, online courses and programmes, and digital goods ("Services") provided by Clan Wellness Ltd ("Company") to customers in Scotland. By purchasing and using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If we are unable to accept your order at the specified price and specifications, we will inform you via email and offer an alternative price and period of validity.

b. Prices for Services are as stated on our website or as communicated to the Customer. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

c. Payment is required in full or the first payment in the case of payment plan before the provision of Services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

d. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the Services and Content belong to the Company or its licensors.

b. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for their personal or internal business purposes. Any unauthorized use or distribution of the Content is strictly prohibited.

Computer Damage

Cancellation and refund request

a. You have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you purchased the services. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

b. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course(s), training(s) and programme(s). If you request a refund beyond the 14 calendar days, you must demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the learning and content without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined in the course(s), training(s) and programme(s) you are requesting a cancellation/refund for.

Please note that the Company reserves the right to deny a refund request if the above conditions are not met or if there is evidence of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the sale and delivery of Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Changes to legal notices

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Third party rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
