Realise Learning & Employment

At the age of 58 I expected it to be difficult to find full time employment let alone start an apprenticeship. I was taken on by Stagecoach and enrolled as a Passenger Transport Apprentice. Both with practical and academic aspects Realise has been an outstanding experience for me. The trainers (in particular Mark Holden) are patient, knowledge and determined for my success. Amazing place to work. The childcare team are amazing and extremely supportive. I have only worked with Realise since March 2021 but I love their ethos and work life balance that we get. I also love how the childcare qualification is set out and delivered.

I completed my Level 5 Management Qualification with Realise in 2017. They were really supportive and our tutor was brilliant. In 2018 I started working for the organisation and whilst they have rebranded, the supportive environment still remains to this day. It's a training provider full of great people who want to help others to achieve their goals and ambitions.

Realise are fantastic training provider. I have completed 2 apprenticeship qualifications with them and I have been fully supported throughout. They have great values and really care about the success of their learners. I would highly recommend.
