Rbm Training

Results-Based Management is widely used in international development programming, by all donor agencies and most implementing organizations.  It has a bureaucratic jargon-laden reputation, but in fact it is fairly easy to use, if we break free and use simple clear language.

That is what I do:  I provide entertaining training on RBM suited to the organization's needs, and suited to the donor requirements for planning and reporting.  I only provide training on an organizational, not an individual level.
