• Do I need to know Arabic?

  No - this class starts from zero. We begin with the alphabet and gradually move to reading.

• I already know the letters. Can I skip ahead?

  Yes! We do a short assessment before starting, so your lessons begin at the right level.

• What if I’m an adult and embarrassed to start late?

  No worries. Many adults begin learning Qur’an later in life - this class is designed for all ages in a comfortable 1-on-1 setting.

• How long until I can read Qur’an fluently?

  With consistency (2 classes weekly + daily 5-minute practice), most students begin reading short surahs within 3 months.

• How much does it cost?

  Classes are kept affordable: around $20-30/month (8 sessions).

• What materials will I need?

  Just your notebook and pen. I will provide digital practice sheets and short quizzes after each class.

• Do you give certificates?

  Currently no, but you will receive personalized progress reports and feedback after completing the program.

• What about gender concerns?

  I am a female teacher, hence sisters and children may feel more comfortable. For brothers, I keep all sessions safe, respectful, and focused only on Qur’an learning. Camera-off sessions are also available upon request.

• Are you certified to teach?

  I do not hold a formal teaching certificate, but Alhamdulillah I have learned the basics of tajweed and Qur’an recitation during my KAFA with the Jayyid Jiddan result in PSRA. Indeed I teach beginners with a step-by-step, simple approach. For advanced tajweed or ijazah, I will recommend certified teachers. In other hand, I also accept for Tasmi' session.
