Pointe Ahead Pilates offers Reformer, Mat, Tower, Chair and Barre Classes at our fabulous studio in Edinburgh's West End. Pilates focuses on developing long, lean muscles through control, flexibility and core strength. By making you more aware of your body, Pilates can become an invaluable component of any workout regimen. Whether you are looking to build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility, or seeking rehabilitation after an injury we’re here to help.
