  • Thea has been my trainer for over 3 years. She's amazing. My balance, strength and flexibility have improved immeasurably. She's always encouraging. I can't believe how far I've progressed since I first started seeing her. I can't recommend her highly enough.

  • 5 stars - Fantastic, Théa has really helped me with working towards achieving my fitness goals over the past few months. I spoke to her initially to help with my endurance whilst running, with the aim of running a marathon and she has provided not just great raining sessions but advice that I will able to use well into the future. Highly recommended!

  • Thea is simply great. Professional, always attentive, absolutely bespoke sessions that seem just what I need. And I'm constantly amazed at the huge variety of exercises and activities she produces - no two sessions ever seem alike. As a gymnast she knows an awful lot about core strength, my own speciality area of weakness! Thea blends a helpful friendliness with pitching sessions just at the right level to stretch you - mentally and physically. Highly, highly recommended.
