Henry's been training me for four months now, and I've been really happy with my progress. The sessions are well planned, but he's also quick to adapt things to work around joint and movement issues on the day. He's very down-to earth, friendly, and positive. I enjoy every session and look forward to the gym.

Henry has been training me for the last few months. He is brilliant! I wanted to get stronger post having 2 children and he really acknowledged where I was at. He has planned great sessions that were achievable to start with and gradually increased reps/weights. I feel stronger and fitter as a result. He sets homework that is achievable around family life and has made me enjoy weight training for the first time in my life. Highly recommend.

Henry is a reliable and knowledgeable coach, he gives sound advice and has really improved my understanding and technique in heavy lifting. Henry also trains hard himself which is a great motivator for me when I'm not feeling 100% up to going to the gym. He is patient and always wants what's best for me, overall would definitely recommend his services if you want to improve your stregnth and overall fitness.

After retiring from rugby due to injury I was struggling to find the motivation to get back into strength and fitness. I decided I needed some help getting back on the horse and this is when I started working with Henry. Not only did he build my confidence back up he suggested I should get involved in strength sports. I entered my first strongman competition and with a Henry’s help won! Henry is an excellent, kind and thoughtful personal trainer who got me to do things I did not imagine that I could do, and made me, a very none sporty person, enjoy it. All this while taking my health problems into account. His sessions were varied, enhancing, and most of all, fun. I strongly recommend him.
