  • I have been training with Jonno for 4 months now to improve my mobility and cycling performance. Jonno is an excellent coach who has pushed me to achieve much more than I thought I was capable of.   • Jamie at Perma is the most knowledgeable coach I have ever trained with. Him and Jonno are also thoroughly approachable, fun guys who make training enjoyable. A year ago I had a ruptured MCL from running and an orthopaedic surgeon was looking like my only option.
