  • I am an ex-Rugby player and long-distance runner and was suffering with constant joint pains and aches.   • I have taken part in Sarah's pilates session for several months now. She leads each session with a clear plan. She demonstrates every movement and watches us carefully to ensure we are doing the appropriate moves. She has good coaching agility especially for those in our class with health needs so she knows many alternative movements to ensure they continue to strength their core and enjoy the exercise. I enjoy our weekly class it's good fun and I feel a lot of benefits.
