Penny's classes are a pleasure. She is an excellent teacher, calm and patient. Her well structured classes allow for different levels of flexibility and after an hour of well paced practice I amble home, shoulders relaxed and hips no longer made of concrete. I look forward to every session.

I really look forward to my weekly yoga class with Penny. The structure of the classes is great; relaxation and intention setting to begin with, before getting into the poses themselves, during which we are provided with clear instructions on positions and any adaptations that we may like or need to use. The classes end with a wind down. Penny is a great teacher and I would thoroughly recommend her classes.

Very enjoyable classes. Penny gives clear instructions as we move through the positions and although some parts are challenging, it's very satisfying to feel improvement. Enjoy the focus on flexibility, tension reduction and breathing.

Penny’s yoga classes are welcoming, friendly and non judgemental. Her yoga teachings are very gentle movements that can be quite tough when your body is working hard but how you feel at the end of the class is really worth it. As a teacher, Penny is very patient and really knows her “stuff”, ( for want of a better word ! ) The mixture of good fun and serious yoga helps to promote self confidence and as a yoga beginner I have felt enormous benefits from her classes.

Penny is a great yoga teacher. She is very patient & explains the movements very calmly & in a relaxed manner. Demonstrates different versions if anyone carrying an injury. Love the sessions and always leave more relaxed & positive. Perfect❤️
