John is an absolutely lovely bloke in general, an absolute wizard in all things laptops/computers, he has just fully built me a custom pc, could not recommend his services enough.

Educational experience. John is clearly a passionate guy and very willing to help and share his knowledge. Will definitely be avoiding pre-built PC's in the future. Quickly discovered the problem with my device and fixed it same day. Will definitely be going back for his advice and expertise!

John is not simply a brilliant mind at what he does. He also cares, and WANTS what he does to be 100% for the customer. His mind works at a million miles an hour. Watching him on remote access to help setup my PC..and the speed he went through items, checked issues, resolved them and so on...it hurt my head to watch his pace. He is like a torpedo of knowledge and ability, who won't be happy until he knows you are happy. I had a new build, and because of screw ups by ME he just made reinstall...

Always first class service. John really knows computers inside-out and he's always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome. He's quick to see clients, with fast turnaround times, and explains exactly what he is doing. Very reasonably priced also. Highly recommend.
