Omar is an outstanding PT who I would recommend to anyone looking to seriously pursue any fitness goal. Omar is great! It has already been a year training with Omar and I couldn't be happier. Had a great time with Omar! He was really easy to follow and got me into training which i never expected! Overall a really positive experience from the actual training in the gym to the meal plans. Omar is easy to get along with and very professional and can't wait to train with him again.
