I've been training at NORTHFIT for about 6 months after a long layoff from strength and conditioning. It's completely reinvigorated my training, and I feel so much stronger, with an increased sense of well-being. It has helped me rebuild fitness after a bad ankle injury and pregnancy. Excellent supportive environment for developing fitness and building strength. Thoroughly enjoy the sessions. Never a chore to go in the morning. Friendly clientele who focus on their own training but are also up for the odd bit of banter. Never enjoyed fitness sessions so much. Ciarán is brilliant! The right level of encouragement and motivation alongside supportive fitness advice.

By far, the best training environment I have found yet! Ciaran has built a tailored training plan around a previous knee injury and is helping me hit my weekly goals. The training is very progressive, the gym is spotless and the community atmosphere has kept me motivated with each session! First time I can actually say I’m enjoying my training

First class personal training. Ciaran has spent so much time carefully considering workarounds due to previous trauma related injuries and chronic long term conditions. Stepping through the door was by far the best decision I have made in a long time. Feeling positive, gaining strength and mobility and having good banter whilst doing so. Definitely not your average gym! Highly recommended 👌

I have been training with Ciaran now for over a month and thoroughly enjoying it. I previously struggled with a plan for the gym and was lost with my training - I reached out to Ciaran for help and he got me started and since then has helped me improve my knowledge of strength training. I now feel more confident carrying out exercises I struggled with in the past! Great environment to train in! Would highly recommend!
