What a wonderful way to spend an hour! Led by Niroshini's calm presence and voice, I felt the most relaxed I'd been in weeks.

I highly recommend Niroshini's class. They are very professional with clear instructions and lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Niroshini provides a welcoming space and support to all with different level of yoga experience. I very much enjoyed the class!

I attended my first yoga class with Niroshini and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. Niroshini has a truly special way of conducting her classes—she's gentle, encouraging, and creates a soothing environment. I felt incredibly at ease and left the session feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to make her sessions a regular part of my routine. Highly recommended!
