I can honestly highly recommend Nat to anyone who wants to transform their life. As a plus size lady, I was reluctant to seek help from a personal trainer, not really knowing what it might entail. I was drawn to Nat because she seemed to work with the whole person rather than only on physical health. And I'm thrilled that I did. Nat puts a programme together that looks after your body and mind, she works with you as an individual and is relentless in her support for you to achieve your goals....

I’ve recently joined Nat. She is helping's me with my health and wellbeing, by suppporting me with my fitness and diet. I’ve also recently had reiki. I really enjoyed the session and got a lot out of it. Natalie was spot on with what she said to me. The relaxation was just what I needed and gave me a totally different perspective on the mind and wellbeing. I’ve already booked onto a meditation session and can’t wait to experience more.

Had my first Reiki session with Nat and didn't know what to expect. Nat is kind, gentle and so informative. It was an incredible experience and it's so good that Nat offers services at your own home and in her cabin. I'm booked in again already and seriously cannot wait. Thank you Nat xx

I contacted Nat for a head massage to help me de-stress, but after speaking to Nat I decided to give Reiki a go. I left my first session really calm. Growing up I did a lot of yoga, Tai Chi & Qigong and found that I gained similar peace, calm and centring from Reiki. I am a spiritual person and I find reiki feels very much like prayer. Time to focus, re-Centre and heal. Nat is fantastic. I did her seven part course, as I realised I wanted to spend time on myself to heal and grow as a person. ...

I have been having regular reiki with Nat for over a year now, I have found it enhances my overall well-being. Following sessions I have a sense of calm, peace and relaxation. It has helped lower my anxiety and helped with fatigue. Nat has a wealth of knowledge and is a fabulous person who always put you at ease. Can't wait for my next session.
