  • I’d highly recommend Emma for anyone wanting to fall in love with exercise. She won’t recommend you a 1200 calorie starvation diet, she won’t push you so far that you won’t want to exercise for weeks after. She will be there for you as you train, with a smile, encouragement and a positive attitude that will keep you showing up.
