She really considers the whole person: strength, condition and mobility, and is able to adapt and pace sessions for those weeks when you're tired/have had a busy work week.   • I am so delighted that I found Move Strong! I started going to PT late last year having never done it before and feeling really unsure of what to expect (not being particularly sporty, athletic or naturally inclined to exercise!) Rowena and her team are aMAZing and I’m so grateful to be working with Leon as my trainer. He’s kind, thoughtful and has challenged me all while meeting me where I am.
