After weeks of shoulder pain that caused poor sleep and had stopped my usual exercise regime, Murat set me back on the road to recovery within only a few visits. Following an initial and very thorough assessment, a combination of targeted treatment, stretching and strengthening exercises has restored my usual sleep pattern and I can exercises again. With Murat's help I'm looking forward to developing a preventative plan and a full recovery. Highly recommended.

A friend suggested that I refer myself to Murat at MG Osteopathy and Sports Injury Clinic, after I was experiencing severe pain in my thighs and groin. Murat is an experienced Personal Trainer and Osteopath with lots of knowledge and capability to help with injury recovery, rehabilitation and find what is needed for you: strength, mobility, flexibility etc. He is helping me as a Yoga Teacher to improve my posture! oh the irony! Amazing osteopath that i would highly recommend. I came to see Murat towards the end of my training for my first marathon. I had a pain in my left leg (around the kneecap area). I was mentally prepared to stop running 10 days before the D day but thanks to his help after 3 sessions the pain completely disappear.
