We help Women to Thrive in Menopause

Led by Experts by Experience, we campaign for menopause awareness and aim to change the narrative and misconceptions around peri and post menopause through a range of initiatives:

– Raising awareness across all genders and communities, as well as within organisations and the health care system, through the delivery of community talks, workshops, one-to-ones, and increasingly with minority communities,

– Signposting to evidence-based information, so that individuals, employers and clinicians make informed choices on long-term hormonal health and holistic options to thrive mentally and physically, combining exploring lifestyle choices, HRT and a range of therapies, and providing tools and resources that people can take away and use over a period of time,

– Working with medical professionals and health care services to address the lack of training of clinicians across all disciplines, and empower primary care to grow their knowledge for early intervention and prevention of long-term harm,

– Referring individuals to funded services with menopause specialists.
