About Matthew Keeley
Matthew is a writer and teacher living in Glasgow, Scotland. He studied English Literature at the University of Glasgow and has been teaching English in schools and to foreign language students for fifteen years.
His most recent novel, The Stone in My Pocket, was published by The Conrad Press in 2021 and he also writes short stories, poetry, creative non-fiction, and arts reviews. Matthew has spoken at various book launches, festivals, and writing groups and has been published in several magazines, journals, and anthologies. He is a contributing writer for The Wee Review and won the 2019 National Trust for Scotland Morton Writing Competition.
