Masters Touch

Our dog always has a lovely time at daycare here, it is reassuringly secure with multiple locks and gates to get through, and the owners have a genuine love and care for dogs. Also very helpful when ours chewed through a buckle on her harness at home, organising a free replacement to be sent to our house. Nice outside play area and regular walks in the park opposite. Highly recommend.

We’ve been taking our dog, Lilith, to Masters Touch since she was a puppy. It’s a very friendly family run business. On our first visit we were made to feel very welcome and we booked Lilith in for a puppy groom. They asked if we could go in early so Lilith had time to get used to the environment and settle in before her first groom. Lilith now gets very excited to go as she enjoys being there. I took my 3.5 months old puppy for his first groom. The shop looked really nice an welcoming and so did the owners and I felt really at ease from the first impression and from remembering all the good reviews read here and when meeting people in the local park. When I came to pick him up, one of the owners (the husband) seemed to be keen to sell me something. I can't recommend 'Masters Touch' enough! Took our 3 month old Cavapoo, Wanda in for her first groom today and she looks fantastic. She was very nervous when we first arrived, but Lucy and Bruno really made Wanda feel relaxed and at home with all the other dogs. When we came to pick her up she was a changed dog - playing confidently with the other pups and I'm sure she cant wait for her next visit. The facilities are second to none and we couldn't imagine anyone else caring for her. Thank you!

This is possibly our cockapoo, Bella's fave place! Every time we bring her there for daycare she'll be jumping for joy! She's just had a grooming session today and she looks great!
