Mani is passionate, committed and caring towards her clients. This makes her a great PT!! Despite all her commitments she always makes time for our sessions and makes them different, challenging and interesting. She notices when your motivation or commitment wavers but always pulls you back in a positive way by inspiring you. Thanks for making me feel so good 😊

Mani trains me virtually and to be honest this works really well for me as I can workout when I want and Mani is always there to answer my questions. She helps me with my form through videos and provides me great advise to increase or decrease intensity to suit my needs!! We work with very limited equipment and the workouts really push me. Mani is excellent and listens to my needs.

I’ve been training with Mani for over a year and I am really enjoying the sessions. I’ve seen a big difference in my strength and body during this time.
