Take the Lead is an intensive, structured business accelerator programme designed for ambitious business owners and managers who want more than just theory - you want a real plan, real peers, and real results.
Delivered entirely online in small cohorts of up to 12 businesses, this programme creates a collaborative, high-impact learning environment where you'll work alongside fellow business leaders facing similar challenges and opportunities.
At the heart of the programme is the SHIFT³ Framework - a proven approach that takes you from understanding where your business stands today, to defining where you want it to go, and building a clear, actionable strategy to get there.
Dates: 4x sessions - Wednesday 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th June
Time: 10am - 2pm
Location: Online (ZOOM)
2 × 2-hour peer-to-peer problem-solving clinics: collaborative mentoring sessions where you'll tackle real business challenges alongside your cohort, sharing experience and insight in a supportive group setting.
Up to 3 hours of one-to-one mentoring: dedicated time with an expert mentor to develop a practical, personalised Action and Growth Plan tailored specifically to your business.
This programme is ideal for you if you are a business owner or manager based in the Luton Borough who is ready to invest time in structured growth, wants to learn in a collaborative group environment, and is committed to leaving with a concrete plan to move your business forward.
*Places are limited to 12 businesses per cohort — so early registration is strongly advised.*
