By enrolling in a course through the LAWES Private Training Academy online platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Course Access & Completion Timeline
- Once you begin your course, you will have 14 consecutive calendar days to complete all lessons, quizzes, and requirements.
- Extensions will only be granted under extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies), and must be reviewed and approved by Academy administration.
Payment & Refund Policy
- All tuition and fees are non-refundable once you have started your course.
- If you fail to complete the course within the allotted 14 days, you will be required to repay the full course fee in order to restart and receive certification.
Student Responsibility
- It is the responsibility of the student to manage their time effectively and complete the course within the allowed timeframe.
- Students are expected to maintain access to a reliable internet connection and device for the duration of the course.
Academic Integrity
- All work submitted must be completed by the student enrolled. Sharing login information or having another person complete course work will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
Certification
- Certificates will only be awarded to students who successfully complete all course modules, quizzes, and requirements within the required timeframe.
