Laurelle Brown Training and Consultancy (LBTC) was born in 2017, following numerous requests for Principal Consultant, Laurelle Brown, to provide training and advice to organisations and services across a range of topics such as anti-discriminatory practice, child sexual exploitation and modern slavery and trafficking. LBTC now consists of a diverse team of core and associate staff with extensive experience in Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Child Protection, Child and Adult Safeguarding, Community Development and more. We provide end-to-end learning, development and consultancy services for a diverse range of organisations and services, including children’s services, third sector organisations, legal firms and retail chains. Our team possesses extensive knowledge, experience and expertise in strategic and operational leadership and management across child protection, safeguarding and inclusion and diversity.
