Kim has been massive help with a shoulder (rotator cuff) and lower neck rehab program over the past few months, giving me confidence to get back to rowing and some upper body circuits. Kim is a fantastic PT and nutritionist, I’d highly recommend. I’ve been to online classes and had zoom PT as well as face to face, and she’s totally changed my outlook on exercise and food. I’m now 2 stone lighter, much stronger and fitter than before and have a much healthier approach to fitness and nutrition. 5 stars!!!

I have worked with Kim for personal training and for some nutrition advice and coaching. She introduced me to weight lifting and I love it. What I love about Kim is how she taught me the techniques so that my form was always correct. Other gym instructors have commented on how good my lifting form is!
