  • Reached out to Jools in a bid to get a grip of my fitness and nutrition and received a detailed and tailored plan of action which helped change my lifestyle through empowerment and knowledge. It really does make a huge difference working with a personal trainer who genuinely cares and doesn’t view you as another number. Would recommend highly!

  • Jools is a great trainer! Have been working with him over the past 2 years and when I started, I had no idea what I was doing and was intimidated by gyms tbh. His routines are tailored, challenging and he also considers if you are having a bad day or have niggles/injuries and changes the routine spontaneously to accommodate that. He got me into the habit going to the gym regularly, which made a huge difference to my well-being, and keeps motivating me. Would definitely recommend him!
