  • I joined Bootcamp in January 2022 and haven’t looked back! John and Ed’s sessions are great fun. They demonstrate each move and always give different options for you. The women at the sessions are brilliant and it’s such a supportive atmosphere. All the sessions are outdoor (yes, even in the rain!) but it’s such a positive to be outdoors while exercising and makes such a difference to your day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

  • I joined Boot Camp in April 2022 initially just for the 6 week introductory period but I am still going!! John’s enthusiasm is contagious!! His experience and passion for fitness has inspirational. My fitness levels have increased dramatically, so much so that I now enjoy taking part in John’s weekly Running Club on Sunday morning’s! The comaraderie amongst the ladies is brilliant and I have made some awesome friends!

  • I joined the bootcamp 7 weeks ago and on my 2nd week signed up to stay on after the 6 week trial as I was already committed to it and really enjoying it.   • I’m coming to the end of my 6 week program. It’s honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to weight loss. Not only have I seen a change in my physical appearance but also my mental state. John says just turning up alone is a big achievement and he’s right , it’s taught me that getting up and making them small changes in the long run make a massive difference.   • I’ve been with this brilliant team for just under 4 weeks. I’m already noticing some changes to my strength and fitness really early on but what’s more noticeable is the desire to keep going! I’ve been going 4 times a week and genuinely look forward to it. Both John and Ed are great motivators and check in with you regularly.
