Jamie is an absolutely fantastic Personal Trainer! He is very professional and his sessions are tailored to suit your individual requirements. His communication and support is excellent, he is constantly in touch with you and provides a high class, personal touch. I used Jamie for 3 months and would highly recommend him. 💪

Fantastic PT. The training and nutrition plans are tailored to sort your individual requirements and all sessions are varied, which keeps them fresh, fun and non repetitive. The thing that sets Jamie apart is the level of communication that he gives you, he's always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement and feedback along the way. Training with Jamie is awesome and I cannot recommend him enough.

I'd had limited experience in the gym before starting with Jamie and he has provided excellent workout sessions and plans as well as really helpful and achievable dietary goals. I'm now very confident in going to the gym and knowing what workouts to do. I could not recommended Jamie enough!! If you have a certain goal to reach, I can assure you he will make sure you reach it. When I train with Jamie, he focuses that my form is correct and pushes me to my limit so I can see progress. He is also great at providing advice and guidance on your diet as this is something I struggle with but Jamie put me in the right direction.
