Jacob is an amazing teacher. He pays special attention to ensure students hold and play the guitar properly - working on removing bad habits and problems that can hinder the child's ability. He has a great rapport with children and really motivated and helps children learn. He makes learning the guitar fun and the progress my child is making under his teaching is incredible.

My teenage son has been learning to play rock guitar with Jacob for the last 2 years. His teaching style is friendly, encouraging and flexible. He has a very good manner with children and my son looks forward to his lesson every week. My son is now preparing for his Grade 5. Jacob is a very experienced guitarist and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anybody wanting to start learning guitar.

Jacob has been teaching my 14 year old daughter guitar for several months. Lessons are always made both fun, with music to match my daughters taste, and challenging. Jacob has a great ability to demonstrate and teach the technical techniques of the instrument and will always go out of his way to provide updates on the progress.

I have recently started taking lessons from Jacob to try and expand my playing. I would definitely recommend Jacob as a teacher, for both beginners and more experienced guitarists alike. The lesson fees are excellent value. Some tutors, who are unlikely to possess Jacob's level of knowledge and capability, are much more expensive - I have been playing guitar for long enough now to know an exceptional guitarist when I hear one.
