Jacksfeet Policy for training and refunds.
Our intention is to be open with you and fair! Any decision made regarding any request to cancel and asking for a refund will be dealt with without prejudice or preferences.
All our courses do have a non-refundable deposit, this covers all costs that have been incurred by your registration onto the course.
In all circumstances you will be offered a place on another course that is taking place at a later date, without further costs to yourself. Deposit and any payments made to us will be carried over.
Cancellation
If you can’t attend a course please let us know as soon as possible at least one week prior to course running,
In the case of an emergency at least 24 hours notice would be appreciated.
Refunds
The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from any payments you have made to us.
The amount refunded will depend on how much you have paid.
Payment Type
Bank Transfer - the full amount minus deposit will be refunded, I can refund your money directly back to you.
Cheque - the full amount minus deposit and any bank charges incurred will be returned once the cheque has cleared.

Online Booking payments - i.e. PayPal | Fresha partners | Face Book any booking charges and non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your payment. I will refund your money once I have received your payment from the booking provider.

Procedure

As soon as you know you need to cancel inform us straight away on 07973 614 555.
I will contact you and offer you an alternative date. Or: -
If you preferred a refund I will work out the amount to be refunded.
The amount refunded will not include:

the non-refundable deposit and
any cost incurred from the booking companies.
As soon as the money is in my account I will transfer the money back to you. I will need your bank details Account number and sort code.
Please send proof of the receipt of the payment i.e. screenshot of bank statement.
