Brilliant trainer and nutritionist! Have been on the nutrition plan to lose weight for 8 weeks whilst training with Rich once a week and have enjoyed every second of it! Plenty of enjoyable food on the plan that keeps you from snacking and plan is fitted around your likes and dislikes! Very rewarding results so far and wouldn't go anywhere else!
