I honestly can't recommend Helen enough, both for PT and for classes! Each session is different so you don't get bored but I can really feel a difference since starting. The classes are a challenge but they aren't overly-competitive, and Helen makes it really fun whilst encouraging you to push yourself, she has even managed to help me reach my target 5k time! I have always struggled to stick to fitness before but I love Helen's style and now actually enjoying working out.

I’ve been training with Helen for almost a year now and can’t recommend her enough. I’ve done PT, group classes and on demand sessions and have loved them all, even in the rain! Helen has such a positive and encouraging attitude and manages to find a perfect balance between pushing you to hit your goals, while still making sessions enjoyable and inclusive. The addition of so many varied, on demand workouts has also really helped keep on top of my fitness in between sessions too! Thanks He...

I started using Helen's On Demand videos this year and they have been fantastic. There is a good variety of sessions to choose from from body weight exercises, dumbbell workouts, yoga and stretching. Helen provides modifications you can do in case you are struggling with the exercises or do not have a variety of weights available.

I cannot recommend Helen enough for anyone looking to get into fitness! I was completely new to working out and the idea of going to a gym or fitness classes surrounded by experienced people was quite daunting. Therefore, I decided to try Helen's 121 PT sessions. Helen is experienced, knowledgeable and encouraging. She provides a safe space for a beginner, giving helpful feedback on how I can improve my exercise techniques. I cannot recommend Helen's classes enough! As my first PT group class, I was a little nervous originally signing up but was delightfully surprised at how warm, relaxed and social the environment was. Helen is not only a great instructor - always giving me feedback on what I'm doing right and what I need to correct - but a wonderful, uplifting energy to be around. Her classes are always top quality and I always feel attended to, no matter how big the class is. Thank you Helen!!
